Tomatsaus – tomato sauce

Tomato Sauce

2 tins of chopped plum tomatoes
Olive oil
6 large basil leaves
Good pinch of salt
½ clove of garlic
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of oregano.

Put tinned tomatoes into a blender. Pour in enough olive oil so that there is about a ¼ of an inch of oil on top of the tomato.

Add basil, oregano, salt, pepper and crushed or chopped garlic.

Blend for 30 seconds to a minute until smooth.
